Hope in Depression

Struggling?

We are here to help…

Hope in Depression was founded by Lisa Owens, who attends our Bracknell site. She battled her way back to health from a long period of depression and has used this experience to create this course. Kerith now partners with Lisa and her team to run this 6 week Hope in Depression course that is comprised of 1.45 hour sessions.

The sessions that explore how you can play a part in your own recovery, whether that is through medication, nutrition or simply education about your brain chemistry when depressed. Sometimes understanding that depression is a physical illness can be the start of your journey to recovery.

To ensure everything that is discussed is done so with the most up-to-date research and guidance, we have expert speakers for each week to guide discussions.

The weekly topics are listed below, for anyone who would like to know a little more about what the course involves before attending.
