Fasting

As the name suggests, we are also encouraging everyone to consider fasting in this week too – whether fasting a particular meal each day, or abstaining from a particular behaviour or activity throughout the week in order to focus your attention and heart on God – lets dedicate this week however we can to seeking God’s presence.

I’m reminded how God spoke through Joshua ahead of Israelites moving into the Promised Land when he said “Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do amazing things among you.”
Let that be the case in this upcoming week!
