Office Team Roles

We are looking for someone to support the Site Pastor in leading and developing our growing church community on the Isle of Wight. The Assistant Site Pastor will play an important role in inspiring the congregation to live out Kerith’s vision through vibrant Sunday and midweek gatherings, while helping to strengthen the spiritual life and mission of the site.

The Assistant Site Pastor will assist in planning and facilitating Sunday meetings, support the spiritual development of the congregation, and help develop and care for teams and volunteers. Working closely with the Site Pastor, Central Office teams, and site-based leaders, this role will help coordinate communication, deliver key structures and events, support outreach initiatives, and contribute to discipleship pathways that raise mature Christ-followers and release new leaders.
