Human Resources Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Operations team for an HR Officer to oversee daily HR functions and provide support to Kerith Ministries and its sites.

Safeguarding Officer

Are you dedicated to protecting and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults within a Church environment?  If so, we would love to hear from you!

The Safeguarding Officer will be responsible for advising staff and volunteers on safeguarding procedures, ensuring compliance with policies all four of the Church sites and maintaining accurate records.

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:

  • A knowledge of UK Child and Adult Safeguarding legislation,

  • strong communication and organisational skills, and

  • an understanding of the significance of confidentiality.

CAP Debt Coach - Bracknell

We have a vacancy for a Debt Coach to join Kerith’s established CAP Debt Centre in Bracknell. We are looking for someone who has compassion for those in poverty, the ability to share the Christian faith, and a heart for evangelism in the Bracknell area.

All debt advice is produced by CAP Head Office, however strong communication skills are essential for effectively relaying advice and explaining the service. The role requires excellent people skills and the ability to work as part of a supportive team.

This post is a fixed-term contract for 2 years, requiring 14 hours a week, across 2 working days. Extensive training will be provided by CAP Head Office.

This role will start on Monday 26th January 2026 with CAP training commencing in February 2026.
