Giving at Christmas

This Christmas, we’re supporting Mountbatten Hospice, a local charity providing exceptional end-of-life care and support for people across our community. Mountbatten offers comfort, dignity, and compassion to patients and their families at some of life’s most difficult moments—both in the hospice and in people’s homes. Every donation helps them continue this vital work, bringing light and hope when it’s needed most. Thank you for giving generously this Christmas.

FAQs

  • Carisbrooke CE Primary School, Wellington Rd, Newport PO30 5QT

  • There are a number of spaces in the school car park which will be available, and you can also park on Wellington Road on Sundays (The single yellow line just means we can’t park there during school pick-up and drop-off during the week)

  • If you’d like to help make any of these events happen, please contact paula.mosdell@kerith.church

Paula will help get you onto a serving team.

  • The entire event is free! That includes the food and drink.

However, there we will be selling confectionery and raising money for Mountbatten Hospice, so you may want to bring some cash along for that.

  • In short, yes! We ask people to book into the Carols at the Castle to give us an idea of the expected numbers at the event. But, if you have not booked in, you are still welcome to come. Each of our venues has a capacity and once we are at capacity we will stop allowing bookings for that event, and make it known via the Kerith website that it is sold out. You do not need to bring your e-ticket/confirmation with you on the night. However, we do advise to only book into the event if you know that you will be attending.

There is no need to book in to attend any of our other Christmas events. Just turn up!

  • We have a Kerith Community Church in Bracknell, Windsor, and Farnborough. All of our sites will be hosting Christmas events throughout December. If you’d like to find out more, click here.

We also post weekly content on our Kerith Community Church YouTube channel.
