Kerith Windsor Christmas Experience

I’m excited to invite you to our Kerith Christmas Experience on Sunday 19th December from 5-7pm.

There will be carols, Christmas activities for the kids, nativity-themed animals, and a short Christmas message. We’ll have seasonal food and drink, including mince pies and a hog roast. It should be great fun!

The timings for the event are as follows:

5-6pm: Hog roast, children’s activities (until 5.45pm), animal petting, music, festive food and drink stalls (Please be aware that we need a parent/carer to stay with your child during the event and you are responsible for them throughout)

Then 6-6.45pm: Christmas carols, including a short message

We would love to see lots of people from the local community coming to this event, so have a think about friends that you could invite to come along with you. There is a brilliant short promo video on the Kerith FB page you could share, you could whats app the link below, or we have some fliers that you can hand out to people that you know. Let’s share God’s light this Christmas!

The event is FREE but ticketed to help us manage numbers so book soon as we are expecting the event to be packed out. You can book your tickets here: https://www.kerith.church/christmas-at-windsor

Covid Guidance:

Although we are not making it mandatory for entry we would like to really encourage everyone to take a flow test before coming, so the service is as covid safe as possible. We would also encourage you to wear a mask and we’ll keep our doors and windows open too - so wrap up warm!

If you’re interested in serving at the event we do need volunteers!

We need people to help decorate and set up. On the day, we will need help welcoming people, overseeing the activities, and helping to pack down. If you’d be available to serve, please contact Adam Parsonage at Adam.Parsonage@kerith.church . If you’re able to help out with the kids’ activities, please contact our Families Coordinator Jo Foster at Jo.Foster@kerith.church .

Please note that there won’t be a morning church service on that Sunday.

Hope to see you there at our Kerith Christmas Event!

Leon

ps, If you book tickets for the event but later find that you aren’t able to attend anymore, please cancel your ticket on the tickets page of the website so that someone else is able to come along.
