Our brilliant Families Co-ordinator Jo Foster is, sadly for Windsor, moving over to work at our Bracknell Site. Jo has done an absolutely amazing job with our young people since she has been with us and I know she has loved it. However Jo, Steve and their boys are from Bracknell and she is sensing God calling them to serve the community there. The good news is, as well as being Bracknell’s Families Co-ordinator, Jo will have a central Kids role, so we will still benefit from Jo’s brilliance and see her from time to time. Let’s be praying for Jo and her family as they transition.

So Kerith Windsor are hiring!

If you have a heart and a passion for discipling young people and would be excited at the prospect of building and developing our existing kids and youth ministry, we would love to hear from you!

This is a part-time paid role (2 days per week) in which you would work closely with the Kerith central team as you build volunteer teams that serve our children and youth groups in Windsor.

Our kids and youth work is so important. It helps our young people make sense out of life, teaches them about their true identity, helps them avoid the negative outcomes of sin in later life, teaches them how to love others, leaves them with a positive view of Church to look back on when they are older and gives them opportunities to make new friends. As well as all that, the research shows that young people tend to be the most receptive to the Gospel - what an opportunity we have to lead them to Jesus!

We would love to hear from you if you feel called to encourage children and young people to become passionate followers of Jesus. You can find the Job Description here: https://www.kerith.church/office-team-roles
