We’re excited to share that our auditorium audio project is under way! This means the auditorium will be unavailable, so for one special Sunday we’re taking church outside… Church in the Park!
Join us on Sunday 28th June at Elms Park, Bracknell for a morning of worship, community, food and fun.
The Plan
11:00am – Arrive and walk to the park
Meet in the Bracknell and Wokingham College car park and walk across to Elms Park (Park Rd, Bracknell RG12 2LU). The walk takes less than 10 minutes. A map and video guide will be available. Kerith blue badge holders can park at The Elms Park’s car park, where our Host Team will be ready to help.
11:30am–12:15pm – Church Together
We’ll worship, pray and follow our usual Kerith flow – but this time we’ll all be together as one church family, with no separate kids groups.
12:15pm–1:15pm – Picnic Time
Bring your own picnic or share with those around you. There will be an ice-cream van on site, so bring payment options if you’d like one!
Please remember to bring enough water for you and your family, especially as it’s warm.
1:15pm–2:30pm – Games in the Park
Our Youth and Young Adult teams will be leading games – and yes, rounders is happening!
2:30pm – Finish
We’ll pack up, enjoy those final ice-creams and head home.
FAQs
I have mobility needs – can I still come?
Absolutely. Kerith blue badge holders will have parking close to the grass area. Our Host team will be available to help with seating, and we’ll provide chairs with arms and support where needed.
Will there be toilets?
Yes, toilets including disabled ones will be available in the car park throughout the event.
How do I get there?
Elms Park is on Park Rd, Bracknell RG12 2LU. Parking is available for Kerith blue badge holders only. Everyone else can park at the College and walk across with us.
Will I be able to hear everything?
We’ll have a PA system for the meeting, while being mindful of our neighbours.
