Join the team and serve with us this Christmas
It's back! The wonderfully popular Christmas Experience is just around the corner, the donkey is booked so we are ready to roll! It takes many hands to make this unforgettable experience a success and there are opportunities to volunteer with both the Nativity Journey and Christmas Experience!
Last year we hosted just over 1,000 guests and we expect this year to exceed last year. In addition to an expanded Nativity Journey we will be holding 3 carol concerts rather than our traditional 2. We definitely need your help!
So in the next week we need as many of our serving slots filled so when we start inviting our guests (marketing goes out next Sunday!) … its only 42 days to go!
The Plan
Christmas Experience.
Sunday 7th December 2:45pm- 7:30pm
This is the BIG event in our Christmas calendar and runs both indoors (carol concert style) and outdoors, (Christmas market style) AND in our K2 building for our Kerith Christmas Trail .
This year as we’ve extended the timings there will be 3 shifts during the event and a set up team in the morning and set down team at the end of the night.
We need you to sign up to serve for one slot which still means you have space to invite friends to join you for one of the carol concerts. GO TO ONE : SERVE FOR ONE.
Event Begins: 2:45pm
Sparklers Carols; 3:30pm - 4:00pm
Families Carols; 4:30pm - 5:15pm
Evening Carols; 6:30pm - 7:30pm
