Light Night 2025!
Our ever popular Light Night is BACK for 2025 - our Families Pastor Kelly writes below…
With the aisles of shops already filled with all things Halloween (and Christmas!!) and children’s excitement growing at the thought of buckets filled with sweets, we want to let you know about our Kerith Light Night happening at 5pm on October 31st!
While some families might choose to join in the dressing up in halloween costumes and trick or treating, some might prefer an alternative where just as much fun (and sugar!) can be had, but in a space that celebrates all things light!
Our Light Night at Kerith Farnborough is for primary school age children, though younger siblings are welcome, and parents are encouraged to join in all the fun aswell (though you’re welcome to sit and have a cuppa while you watch from the sidelines if you prefer).
We will have games, crafts, dancing, music, face painting, hot dogs and plenty of treats — all in a safe and joy-filled environment. Children are encouraged to dress in neon or white clothes so that they can shine bright! It's a night to celebrate life, joy, and community and a reminder that in Jesus, there is no darkness.
We would love you to come join in the fun! It would really bless our team if you booked your tickets in advance. There are paid and free ticket options which you can book here. There is also a ‘donation’ ticket for those who would like to bless a couple of families in this way. Why not also invite a friend, neighbour or coworker that you know has children in this age bracket - it’ll be a brilliant time and a chance to welcome them to our church.
If you have any questions, or want to get involved in making it happen, do chat to our Families Pastor Kelly.
