This Season’s Christmas Gatherings at Kerith Bracknell 🎄
Christmas is almost here, and we’re thrilled to journey into this season of joy and reflection together as a community in Kerith Bracknell with a selection of Christmas gatherings. Whether you’re joining us for carols, a festive lunch, or a quiet moment of prayer, there’s something for us all as we celebrate the birth of Jesus together.
✨ 1. The Christmas Experience – Sunday, 7th December
Step into the wonder of Christmas at Kerith Bracknell! From hot food and drinks to carol services, animals, crafts, stalls, and more, this is a day for the whole family to enjoy.
2:45 pm – Outdoor fun begins!
3:30 pm – Sparklers Carols: A joyful service with singing and storytelling, perfect for little ones aged 0–5 and their families.
4:30 pm – Families Carols: An interactive service unpacking the Christmas story with lively carols tailored for families with children aged 5–11.
6:30 pm – Evening Carols: A highlight of our year with familiar carols, Bible readings, and an inspiring message of Christmas hope.
To enjoy the best experience, please arrive 30–45 minutes early for the outdoor festivities before heading into your chosen carol service. Don’t forget—you can also book our Family Nativity Trail alongside your carols ticket. (UPDATE: This is now fully booked but keep checking back as we track potential cancellations that are likely to open up available slots).
📌 Note: The animals will be available only between 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm.
🌟 2. Advent Reflective Meeting – Thursday, 18th December
Amid the busyness of the season, take an hour to pause and reflect on the mystery and majesty of Christ’s birth. This contemplative gathering will include music, Bible readings, creative prayer spaces, and communion together.
🕰️ 11:30 am – 12:30 pm at the Kerith Centre
🍽️ 3. The Big Christmas Lunch – Sunday, 21st December
On the 21st of December, our 9:30 morning meeting will run as usual, but instead of the 11:30 meeting — whether you’re a regular at the 9:30 or at the 11:30 — we’ll all gather for a bring-and-share Christmas lunch in the auditorium. This is a chance for our community to celebrate together, as we bring and share our beloved Christmas dishes that represent our diverse cultures and traditions.
🕰️ 11:30 am – 12:45 pm at the Kerith Centre
🎁 4. Christmas Day Celebration – Thursday, 25th December
Wrapping it all up on Christmas morning, we’ll gather for one celebratory service at 10:00 am in the Kerith Centre. It will be a joyful hour of worship, carols, and thanksgiving as we celebrate the birth of Christ together.
We’ll finish in time for everyone to head home, get the turkey out of the oven, and continue the celebrations with family and friends.
🕰️ 10:00 – 11:00 am at the Kerith Centre
Christmas at Kerith is more than just a series of events; it’s about celebrating the hope, joy, and love that Jesus brings. Whether you come to one or all of these gatherings, we’re excited to welcome you and your loved ones this season.
