Kerith Youth- Help build the next generation TODAY!

Over the summer at Kerith Bracknell we’ve been getting planning off the back of some changes to the team with our youth lead Bryn McGlashan stepping back in July.

With over 50 young people regualarly attending our Friday night events and more on Sundays we have a POWER HOUSE of young people who are passionate about `Jesus as well as new youth arriving ever week! This means we need an army of us to help support them in their growing faith and keep their gatherings safeguarded for all. NOW is the time to disciple our young people so they can grow up with a strong biblical foundation and are ‘salt and light’ in their schools & colleges.

The youth team at present doesn’t have enough over 18s to keep Fridays and Sundays running so we are on a recruitment drive!

We are looking for over 18s of ANY AGE with a passion to see this generation grow in their faith to join us, either on a:

• Sunday Team ( either 9;30 or 11:30 once a month) to support or lead one of our youth group sessions that take place during the preach time ( after worship). You’ll get training and resources in the week leaing up to help you prep but as the groups are smaller it’s a great time to get to know the young people and share your faith experiences with them.

• Friday night Team (7-9:30pm event) to help the young people have FUN, learn about Jesus and worship together at the Kerith Centre or head out for an ‘OUT night’ bowling etc

  YOU DON’T have to have all the answers ( its best if you don’t!) but be a listening ear and an encouragement, sharing your faith with our youth.

  Everyone needs a DBS specifically for Kerith so we need to get you in the system soon if you would like to join us this term.

We have invited church to join us to pray for our Kerith Youth from 7-8:30pm on Thursday 28th in the Kerith Centre upstairs so please do come and join us ( if you are under 18 you’ll need to bring along a responsible adult)
